Midwest Identity Services has assisted a nursing group and individual healthcare applicants with fingerprint collection and required cards. We review board, school or employer instructions and support multiple licensing cards where accepted.
How this applies to your program
Clinical placement checks and licensure checks follow the instructions of the school, clinical site or board that requires them. We prepare the FD-258 cards or other fingerprints those instructions call for, on campus or at our Kansas City office. A board-directed background check is a separate request from a personal FBI record and is not replaced by one.
