Yes. We can schedule sessions by shift, department or location, so teams can be fingerprinted without pulling everyone off the floor at once, and employees who miss a session can book individually through your private booking page. Every booking is linked to your account and company code.

One account. One contact. One invoice. Multiple employees and locations. Participating employers can establish their standard fingerprinting requirements with Midwest Identity Services, provide employees with a dedicated booking path, arrange mobile or group sessions, and request consolidated billing where offered.

Each participating employer gets a private, unlisted page at an address like midwestidentityservices.com/corporate/your-company/. It shows your company code, the approved service instructions for your roles, a contact path and billing details. Your authorized contact can update requirements when licensing rules change, and a requirement-verification step is kept where employees need different processing. We support FD-258 cards, electronic submission and multi-state print-to-card, coordinated under one account, whatever combination your roles and states require. An employer with both FBI Identity History Summary requirements and state licensing fingerprinting does not need to manage separate vendors.
