We arrive fully equipped
Our certified technician arrives with all fingerprinting equipment and current FD-258 card revisions. All you need to provide is a flat surface, two chairs and reasonable lighting. We set up and break down completely.
Each staff member is processed individually
Each person presents their valid government-issued photo ID, provides their information for the FD-258 form and has their fingerprints taken. We work through the group consecutively at a steady pace, approximately 10–15 minutes per person including ID verification and completion of the form.

What is the minimum group size for this service?
There is no strict minimum, we accommodate groups of any size, from 2 staff members to 100 or more. However, on-site group service is most cost-effective for groups of 5 or more. For smaller groups or individuals, visiting our office at 8101 E. Bannister Rd is usually the faster and more affordable option. Call us and we will advise on the best approach.
How long does a group fingerprinting appointment take?
Groups of 5–10 staff members are often completed in under one hour. Allow approximately 10–15 minutes per person including ID verification, intake and fingerprinting. We will give you a time estimate based on your group size when you schedule. Larger groups of 15–30+ staff take proportionally longer.
Do you come to our location or do staff visit your office?
For group fingerprinting, we come to your location. We travel to your office, facility, warehouse, healthcare building, school or job site anywhere across the Kansas City metro area. Your staff are processed on-site, no employee travel required. Travel is included in the written quote we send before booking.
What does each staff member need to bring?
Every participant must have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, driver’s licence, state ID or U.S. passport. They should also know the name of the agency or licensing board they are submitting to, and bring any forms or ORI numbers provided by that agency. We provide all fingerprinting materials.
What space do you need at our location?
A table, two chairs and good lighting, that is all. Any quiet indoor space works: a conference room, break room, reception area or lobby. We set up and break down our own equipment completely. We have also worked in covered outdoor spaces when indoor access is not available.
Do different staff members need fingerprints for different agencies?
Yes, we handle mixed submissions in the same appointment. Each person’s FD-258 card is completed to the specifications of their specific requesting agency, including the correct ORI number and reason fingerprinted. Let us know about mixed submissions when you schedule so we can prepare accordingly.

Yes. We schedule sessions around your shifts, departments and locations, including early, late or back-to-back sessions so every team can be fingerprinted without pulling people off the floor at once. Send us a roster in advance with names, departments or shifts and the agency each person is submitting to, and we will plan the order, timing and materials for each session.
