Confirm your appointment & location details
We confirm the date, time, address, number of participants and any special requirements. For business bookings, we coordinate with your HR or operations contact to make sure the space is ready and participants are scheduled correctly.
We arrive with full equipment
Our certified technician arrives with all equipment: Live Scan scanner, FD-258 ink supplies, intake forms and ID verification materials. All you need to provide is a table, two chairs and adequate lighting.
Each participant is processed individually
Each person presents their valid photo ID, completes the necessary intake information and has their fingerprints captured. For FD-258 submissions, each form is reviewed for quality before moving to the next participant. For Live Scan, the digital submission is confirmed before proceeding.
Completed submissions delivered on-site
FD-258 participants receive their completed, reviewed submissions on the spot. Live Scan participants receive their submission confirmation. For business clients, we can provide a summary of all participants processed and submission statuses before we leave.
