Check my requirementsDo I need Live Scan or an FD-258 fingerprint card?
It depends on the agency receiving your fingerprints. Their instructions will say whether they want an electronic submission or physical FD-258 cards. If the instructions are unclear, send them to us and we will tell you what to book. Our Live Scan vs. FD-258 guide explains the difference.
Can one appointment cover fingerprint cards for several states?
Often, yes. Our digital print-to-card system can capture your fingerprints once and prepare multiple FD-258 or agency-specific cards when the receiving agencies permit them. The digitally printed FD-258 card is $60; additional quantities are quoted. Send every state’s instructions so we can confirm the required cards and full price. See multi-state fingerprinting.
How much does fingerprinting cost?
An ink-rolled FD-258 card is $45 and a digitally printed FD-258 card is $60. FBI Live Scan Fingerprinting is $90, Federal Apostille is $190, and ATF/EFT fingerprinting is $75. Extra card quantities, mobile visits and group sessions require a confirmed quote. See the Prices page for every service and what it includes.
Should I book FBI Live Scan Fingerprinting or an EDO service?
EDO (the FBI’s Electronic Departmental Order application) is a direct-FBI application for your own record. Green card holders may qualify for either route. The right one depends on who is requesting your record and what they require. Call us and we’ll help you choose. Compare FBI Live Scan and direct-FBI services for non-U.S. citizens.
Do you offer ATF EFT fingerprinting?
Yes. ATF/EFT fingerprinting is available for $75. We produce the electronic fingerprint file for ATF eForms, or FD-258 cards if you are filing on paper. See ATF / EFT fingerprinting.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. We run mobile and on-site sessions for individuals, executives and whole teams anywhere in Missouri or Kansas. See group fingerprinting and request a quote with your group size, city, date and agency requirements.
What should I bring to my appointment?
A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport or state ID. Also bring any forms, cards, ORI number or instructions your agency, board or employer gave you.
