Fingerprinting for Example Company employees
Example Company has set up its fingerprinting requirements with Midwest Identity Services. Follow the steps below and you will not need to explain your requirements from scratch: we already have them on file.

What Example Company needs from you
- Service: digital print-to-card, with one card for each state on your licensing list
- States: Missouri, Kansas, and any others your manager confirms
- Billing: billed to Example Company on one consolidated invoice. Nothing to pay at your appointment.
- Deadline: within 10 days of your start date

How to book

Step 1
Book your appointment
At our Kansas City office, or at a scheduled on-site session for your team.
Open the booking page -
Step 2
Add your company code
Enter it in the booking notes so the visit is billed to your employer.

Bring your ID and forms
A valid government-issued photo ID and any forms your licensing board sent you.

We confirm your requirement
At check-in. If your role or states differ from the standard setup, we verify before capturing your prints.

Not every employee needs identical processing, so a requirement check stays part of every booking.

Managers can request a mobile or group session by shift, department or location for several employees at once.

Example Company’s authorized contact can update these instructions at any time when licensing rules change.
